Tax rate and AK meal plan?

I am working on the budget for an upcoming trip, does anyone know what the tax rate on food is at Walt Disney World?

I read about a meal/snack plan that was being tested at Animal Kingdom, does anyone know if that is still available?

Just got back sunday, the meal tickets were still being offered Saturday. Bought two for just over $22 after tax. Went to RESTAURANTOSAURUS had Dino-Size Cheeseburger - 1/2 pound burger and fries $6.49, Root Beer $1.99, later had Soft Serve Cones - Vanilla, Chocolate, or Twist Served in Cone or Cup $2.49 plus Bottled Water $2.50 = almost $14.00 after taxes. Your get a sheet that has three coupons on it, one for meal and drink, one for ice cream or popcorn and one for another drink. Can't beat it. All coupons have to be used on day of purchase.
