Do restaurants with a set price (like Tusker House, Ohana, etc) include tax? The website says excludes tax & gratuity but I thought tax was included before. Does anyone know for sure?

No, tax is not included in the quoted price. We ate at Roundup Rodeo (prix fixe) and did the Topolino character breakfast last trip. Tax was added to the bill each time, and we added the gratuity.

Only prepaid like CRT includes it in the final amount you pay upfront.

Some Websites and a long running post here years back did give the price with tax however the price on the Disney website or if there is one at the podium or if you ask is without tax.
