Tattoo's

My DD loves to get the tattoo's at WDW....are these available at DLR?

There is a temporary-tattoo near the Sun Wheel at DCA. There is one at Pixie Hallow area from what I heard from someone. There is one in DownTown Disney shopping area also. At the shops on the south side of the pier there is a shop on the west side, net to the the games, that sells do it your self temporary-tattoos.
