Tattoos in Morocco

My daughter really wants to get a henna tattoo in Morocco, but we'll be on kind of a tight time schedule on the day we'll be in EPCOT. Is there usually a wait to get this done? How long does it take them to do a tattoo?

My DD(15) got one last spring break. There was no line. It took maybe 20mins max.

It depends if there are people ahead of you. I've been when there was a few girls waiting to get their's done & other times when there was no one but me. As for the time, it doesn't take long at all, maybe 10 mins.

One of my dd's wanted it done on our trip in May but the line was a few people deep on the days were were in Epcot. While in Animal Kingdom, and she got it done there with no wait. AK is another option if you're going there. They're pretty fast in doing it and it really is beautiful.

I've never really seen a line or anything but that doesn't mean 10 teenagers won't walk up 5 minutes before you do. If it's a priority, try to head there immediately at 11 am.

My wife got one while we were there in April and had to wait about 10 minutes, not bad at all.

There are two spots in Morocco, one on the main path outside the pavilion and one in the pavilion. I believe that they arrive at 1:00PM. I always get a henna tattoo every trip and love them!

There is a book that details the different styles and prices. I can not remember the cheapest one, but the really large and intricate ones are around $50.00.

I have not tried the one at AK, but the book looked similar.

Reporting the same as above. The wait is going to be one of those things you won't know till you get there. It can have a long wait. If you encounter a group of girls that all want one, more common at Epcot than AK, it may be an hour to get it done. There are usually only a couple of CM that can do them so it doesn't take many to get a long wait going.
AK seems to be much less popular spot for them so maybe try that if the Epcot day has a line.

Be aware that you have to wait for it to dry and that if you don't want it coming off no swimming for a couple of days. Also, they did mine in brown rather than black and when the ink dried it was a very pale brown and not the dramatic dark you see on other tattoos.

It's done with Henna, which is a reddish brown.
Good point about the swimming. It will remove it fast.
