Depends on what you want and if you want one in color or just black ink cause usually with any tattoo colored ones cost more.

Agreed with the above. There is ALOT of competition on I-Drive. You will see a tattoo shop about every other shopping center or every block or so. They let you haggle with the price also.

I've seen the price guide for Hart & Huntington... not fun at all. I'd only consider them if you wanted something extremely detailed.

If you have the money then go for it. You are paying more for the location and brand recognition then anything else.

you have to be 18 to get ink - maybe younger with parental consent, but I'd call & check on that before you got there -
a good artist charges by the hour & rates are usually around $150.00 an hour ( prolly more because its H & H & @ Universal )

ALSO, keep in mind, that after getting ink, you will want to "protect your investment" (after all, it will be with you forever !) and swimming & direct sun are no-no's!
