I am a vegetarian and I have already looked at the menus for all of the Disney World parks and notice there is a few things to eat. I was wondering out of the stuff you can eat, what would you recommend?

Hi veggie! I am ovo-lacto so here are some of my reviews:

California Grill- Ask for the vegetarian unplugged (not on the menu). It's a compilation of all the tasty veggie friendly sides from the non veggie entrees. Mine included some flat bread, haricot verts, polenta and about 3 other things

50s Prime Time Cafe- The stuffed pepper was so much better than what I expected. It almost had a smokey flavor to it and was one of my favorite meals from that trip.

Jiko- This grains and veggie dish was worse than I expected. Not a lot of grains, more hardly cooked veggies. The tamale appetizer was very good though.

Rose & Crown- The "vegetable selection" was another favorite. With the puff pastry and the creamy mustard sauce...top notch. Some one ate there recently and said it wasn't on the menu...I'll find out tomorrow!

Brown Derby- Loved the coconut crusted tofu, wish there was more if it in the dish. Very good, but not 2TS caliber.

Coral Reef- Another puff pastry thing if I remember right. Wasn't bad, but doesn't stand out in my memory.

Wolfgang Puck Cafe- Pumpkin ravioli! Yum.

Saving the best for last...

BOMA!!! Probably my favorite restaurant in the whole world! The chefs walked me around and told me what was "safe." Very helpful when some of the names weren't too descriptive. Saturday can't come quick enough!!!

I also bought the book "Vegetarian Guide to WDW and Greater Orlando" very helpful. Happy planning ;)

Boma rocks, indeed. It has so much variety. Buffets are typically good for vegetarians, but this one is tops.

TS restaurants are generally pretty easy. If they don't have a veggie item on the menu, they could whip one up or make something else if you don't like the veggie option for some reason, sometimes without any advance notice. Also, San Angel Inn at the Mexico pavilion actually has a vegetarian menu with a couple of entrees on it (a salad and a combination platter), but you have to ask for it. Crystal Palace is a great choice for a character meal; lots of choices on the buffet there. And don't discount places like Le Cellier and Coral Reef; they may specialize in beef and fish, but the vegetarian dishes often get good reviews.

For CS (fast food) places, I personally love Columbia Harbour House, Main Street Bakery, Tangierine Cafe, and Sunshine Seasons. AK is a bit lacking in veggie items, but the Yak & Yeti is supposed to open later this year and it will have an Asian-style TS and CS in one building. So hopefully that means more CS options than Pizzafari and Tusker House (the latter of which is becoming a buffet anyway). I had a huge veggie (soy) burger at Rosie's in MGM, and it was very filling. There's a couple of other options at ABC Commissary and Backlot Express, which I haven't been to.
