Tasting Questions!

When filling out your tasting menu..... Do you list (for example)*Seared Beef Filet with Red Wine Demi, Dauphinoise Potatoes,and Fresh Seasonal Vegetables* on one line therefore as 1 item because it is an entree? or do you list each on a seperate line as 3 different items?

I am confused because the wording says (Appetizer, Soup, Salad, Intermezzo, Entrée or Dessert) Items (up to three 3 Entrees). It doesn't say side dishes so I am guessing it falls with entree, and there lies my question!

Sorry if this is a confusing question, I am probably over thinking it!
 
You can just write "Seared beef filet" they know their menu and it will include all the sides :) If you have multiple options with veggies and a potato, they may not make the entire plate for each meal option. We tried a steak, chicken and pork and only tried the veggies once since there was so much food and gave us the option that day asking if we really wanted the sides for each meal (we said no bc it was just too much food)

we tried a salad, 3 app's, a pasta, and the 3 entrees. we were more than stuffed and didnt eat dinner that night. :goodvibes
