Tastiest Snacks at WDW?

Is this like a fried dough? I love that at our Fall fairs.

Not fried, no. It's a layered pastry. Like a sweeter croissant. The pastry is folded many times then the two ends are curled in toward each other. Then sliced and baked. A palmier. The top (rounded) half is then dipped in dark chocolate. Wow.

I found this post from DFB. It's about Les Halles, but it's something similar in Animal Kingdom. I haven't had the one at Les Halles, but I thought the photo would give you an idea.

I am a savory person in general but I am hooked on the caramel apples (Goofy is my favorite) and the "tails" (in AK, they are various animal tales, I've also seen them as like Mickey's feet? or something like that) that are made of caramel coated marshmallows.

These were my favorites on our last trip (March 18). Going back in November and will try new things but will still get some of these too!
