Tartare at the Yachtsman?

Anyone ever had the steak tartare at the Yachtsman? How was it? Would you recommend or not?

I've had it multiple times, and it's always been EXCELLENT. Definitely my favorite appetizer on WDW property. I typically will try the tartare anywhere I'm lucky enough to see it on the menu (unless the place seems sketchy), and Yachtsman's still ranks among my favorites - better than some of the big-name steak places out there.

DH had this appetizer in January and he loved it, we have both had tartares many times before and this one was very very good.
