TARGET's Global Bazaar was 75% off today!

I just happened to be in the mood to go to TARGET this morning AND my mom had the day off of work so I picked up her and off we went.

My husband and I had looked at some chairs in the Global Bazaar section weeks ago when it was first put out.

BUT they were $149.99 a piece and if I were going to spend $300-$400 on 2 chairs I'd rather have one big nice comfy chair.

Today it was all 75% off!!

I got 2 of these:

and this HUGE clock:

for $107!! Regular price would've cost $429 without tax!

This completed our formal living room remodel that we've been slowly working on for the past 6 months........NOW I can go order kitchen cabinets & countertop

Thanks, there was a thread about this...we were all kinda "watching the pot boil", if you will, to see when it would go from 50% to 75% off. And someone on the other thread announced it early this morning so we all knew to go.

It is crazy how they can sell things for so cheap.

I wish the prices would go down online. There is this painting that I want SO BAD, but for some reason.. the online prices are only 30%.

OOPS!!! I quickly glanced down the posts and didn't see the original post on it so I started this one.

I've wanted a clock like this for a while but wouldn't pay anyone's outrageous prices!!

And today, as I walked to the area this other woman had it in her hand & was scanning it to see how much it was going to be. I walked on around & was looking on the other side when she came by me she didn't have it in her cart. I immediately turned around and went and got it, scanned to check price, and put it in my cart.........I wasn't sure then if I was going to get it or not BUT it was the last one and I wasn't putting it back on the shelf!!

I later saw her go back down that aisle, look around and leave it with nothing....guess maybe she decided she did want it BUT I'd already snatched it LOL!

I always do this at Target's big sales! This year after Xmas I had two carts full, then only bought only half a cart full. OK maybe a full cart.

I went about 4 this afternoon and got an asian style chair (not the one in your pic though, they didn't have those at our Target ), the six drawer chest and the small bongo all for DS's Adventurer's room. All for about $80.00.

Will they price adjust from the 50% earlier in the week? Does the exact item have to be there (another one of the item you bought at 50%.) Thanks!

I got a smaller table clock (hand painted) to match my living room and a large ceramic serving bowl (which I'm not sure if I'm going to keep). The clock was $7 and the bowl was $6. Ohyea forgot about the wooden animal figurine too that was $1.99. He's cute but not sure if I'm gonna give him to DBF yet. We'll see.

They had quite a few nice things left.

I got a cool mask on display, a carved elephant, a decorated bowl (colors tie in with elepahant) metal globe, set of six Serengeti carved wood animals, and a medium metal birdcage looking thing. Oh, and two really cool picture frames. I really wanted a large piece of artwork to put over the sofa in our new living room, but none were the correct size. I got home and put everthing out and dh said, " You really are excited about staying at the AKL this year!" LOL!!!
