Target toy clearance

I hit my target in the dfw area this morning and it was 75% off as well. I did not do quite as well as some of you all, but i did manage to get my dd an assortment of doll shoes for her target generation doll for $5 and a cranium preschool game for my ds for $2.75. Not too shabby. Oh and my ds will also be getting the handy manny flashlight!

So. Portland, ME was at 75% off yesterday. I went in twice last night and then took mom back today. I am all done toy shopping for my youngest DS for Christmas and he is going to be one happy little boy!! I even found one color changing hot wheel set that was originally $16.99 for $1.84!! Woo-Hoo!!

I went to 4 stores today, all have 75% off. the first store i went in the afternoon has the best selection including some small lego sets at 75% off. the big city lego set is only 50% off at $49.99 from $99.99. I am still debating whether to get it or not.

I was able to hit 3 Targets yesterday. 2 of them had the clearance items scattered through out the aisles and really didn't have much, the other store had them on three different aisles (just one side of the aisle) and in three different spots. Was able to get a few things, but like someone else said, what was marked down mostly seemed for the under 7 crowd.

Also, watch if you are hitting different stores...I've found a few things priced different. (I usually don't grab something if I already picked it up at another Target, but now I will.) Walked down the Crayola aisle (in home office section) and found TS3 Color Explosions clearanced, so I picked up 2. Went to another store and found them for $2 cheaper. So I re-bought them and need to take the first 2 I bought back on my next Target trip.

Also, I found 2 of the stores had no TS3 items marked down (and yes I checked/scaned them ), but the third store had a few items marked down to 75% off (and some were only at 30% ).

I'm so happy. I had to work pretty much open to close Thursday and Friday so there was no chance to run over to Target. I was hoping to find some Kai-lan mega bloks and the My Generation doll shoes pack for DD. We stopped by this morning and the blocks were still there (last box) and a My Generation doll kitchen for $15! It was stacked sideways with the doll section, not in the clearance section. I tried to get one after Christmas, but missed out so I'm really excited. DH thinks I'm nuts, but it totally made my day.
