Target Toy book with coupons now until Nov 24

I was looking for a coupon for the video games on sale this week. I found this but don't see the coupon they had last year.

Where do you get this actual book? Do they put it in the Sunday paper or do I have to go to Target to get it?

They have a coupon for the Lego Advent Calendar! Great deal! I got mine with a coupon at Borders, but this price is just as good!

I am disappointed about the video games. I don't have the actual book yet so there may be more there when I see it in person. I wonder if the games will be a better deal on black Friday? I guess I will buy now and then return if they go on sale for less. I hate doing that but want to strech my Christmas account dollar as far as possible!
