Target Returning iPad question

I purchased iPads about a month ago on Target bc they were on sale. I have already wrapped them for Christmas.

Just now I got them for a better deal for Black Friday. My question.....do I need to unwrap the ones I already got to return with my old receipt? Or will I be able to just take the new ones when I get them and return those with the old receipt? Will they be able to tell the difference?

Not a huge deal, but if I can save the hassle of unwrapping and rewrapping, it would be great!

You may not be able to return them. Target has a 15 day return policy on Apple products. The special holiday return started on 11/1....and the 15 days on those will start from 12/26.

My receipt says 90 days, and I also verified at the store. So hopefully there are no issues with returns!!

Target has them online right now for $249.99. No need to wait for BF tomorrow.

I believe the receipt is tied to the serial number so you will most likely have to unwrap them.

I suggest returning them now while you wait for the others to come in.

I believe the serial number must match what’s on the receipt. You’ll have to return the ones you purchased first.

Thanks everyone! I just unwrapped the ones I had and returned them tonight! Super easy and I’m glad I just did it! Now I’m anxious to get the new ones! Just got an email that they shipped!!
