Are these available to sign up for Canadians or do you have to have a US address?

I don't think that Canadians can get the card anymore. I had it when Target was here, but I cancelled my card when they left

I had a target credit card with my Canadian address. I ended up cancelling it though, they questioned my gift card purchases a few times and I got annoyed. To much of a hassle but I did like the discount I got using it.

How did you get one without a us address? I tried a while ago and was told no. I would love a target credit card again.

They asked when I was checking out and I applied... this was several years ago so maybe it has changed but they mail my bill to my Canadian address....
