target red card debit discount

Hello all! Im so confused on where will i see the discount being applied online at target.com when I purchase disney or southwest air gift cards using my target debit card. When I put the info in it just has a screen showing subtotal.

You need to go into 'manage your account' and set your Red card as the default payment method.
