Target Prescription Rewards - stopped in Arkansas

Just went to the trouble of moving all our scripts to Target to take advantage of the extra discount for GC purchases. Last night was told that legislation was passed in some states including AR that stopped rewards for prescriptions! Oh now what! I had really hoped for that extra savings.

We had something like similar to that happen here ( Alabama) a few year ago that hit me hard. In the Sunday paper they used to print a coupon to redeem for a $10 target gift card with a new RX. We used those all the time, until the new law went into effect.
We still get the discount cards however because our state recognizes them as a coupon, not a reward. Maybe your state will see it the same way.
I hope that the government does not start doing away with programs like this.
