Target PREPAID Red Card

Would someone please tell me, do you still get the extra % off on Disney gift cards using the new prepaid Target Red Card? I've looked through various threads about the Target Red Card, and didn't see that exact info. TIA!

Is this through American Express? I had no idea Target offered a prepaid card so I just googled Target prepaid redcard and came up with American Express's website and it said

"Enjoy 5% savings at Target and Target.com,
FREE Direct Deposit and Online Bill Pay."

Yes. It is accepted anywhere American Express is. No credit checks, no linking to your accounts unless you want to. I wonder if it would work to buy one, and then turn around and buy the Disney Gift Cards to save the 5%.
