Target - Post your after Easter bargains here!

Okay, I did not go to Target today. I should go down there and see what I can find, but I'm hoping for at least 75% off and I think they are probably just 50% today. So, if anybody got a good deal there today - please post what you found!

I got a mini disney cars set for $2.50 instead of $5!!! I also picked up some candy, but they were just at 50% off for everything. Since we weren't feeling well, we just came home afterward.

Not much!
There were only a small section at the front of the store with Easter items. Most of it was baskets, egg dye and one shelf of plastic dinnerware. They had very little candy left (mostly M&Ms and lemon and orange kisses).

I got some striped tissue paper for gift bags and that's about it.

The prices at our store were not scanning 50% off so the cashiers were instructed to enter the discount manually. The lady in front of me had a big bag of Jelly Belly's that she got at 1/2 price but I think that was a mistake since Target stocks those years round.

I went to CVS and was able to get some Dove bags for 1/2 price plus use a B1G1 free coupon that I printed online this morning.

The targets in my area are well stocked. They should have plenty for the 75% off.

There was a glitch in the system this morning so everything had to have the 50% off rung up by hand. lines were loooooong

On my second trip I got pink and purple bins 50% that I don't think were easter but they were in Easter.

On my third trip (to try and get more bins) the target fairy blessed me by fixing the glitch so everything in the computer was 50% off but the man also manually did 50% off... so 75%. I didn't get the 1/2 off the bins thou.

Now I vow to stay out of Target... well at least until tomorrow

My store didn't have much. It's going to be hard to find any hidden bargains till the sale is in the system..right now it's at the discretion of the cashier/manager if the item is Easter or not, and whether they should give us the discount.

I got Spring Oreos for $1.25 per pack, picked up 3. Also got some candy, basket grass and plastic eggs all for 50% off. I also got a Disney princess tee for DD for $1.48!! So cute!

I only made it to one Target this morning, but I was really dissapointed. Their shelves were pretty clean and it looked like they may have packed up most of their stuff (?). I was there on Sat and they had tons left, so it's hard to believe they sold it all Sat night (closed on Sun).

I did get a couple small toys (hot wheels 5 pack), one bag of cutlery, and plastic ramekins. They also had baskets and children's spring/Easter tshirts for 2.50. And of course candy, but we have way too much of that right now. They had to manually enter in the 50 off and later I realized he missed one item so I have to go back and get it adjusted.

I was hoping for the Littlest Pet Shop toys, but no luck. Walmart was the same story. Nothing but plastic eggs and candy. No toys or decor.

hotwheels pack for $2.49 and 4 plastic baseballs for .99. I walked right by the candy. we do not need anymore of that or any more easter baskets...

There's a Target coupon on a fullcup for $1 off the purchase of 2 Nabisco cookies/crackers that you can use for Oreos.

They weren't honoring the 50% off at my store . I was told I could buy the stuff and bring my receipt back. Yeah right.

The candy at both ours was SLIM. All that was really left were the odd flavored kisses and jelly beans. There were also a few bags of chocolate eggs. Everything else, reeses, snickers, crunch....all gone! I wanted to come in and get some candy to throw in goody bags for my son's party on Saturday. oh well! I DID get the Crayola chalk brush for $2.48. Got 4 of them for party favors

My DH went to Target today and bought candy to make "our" Easter baskets. He was going to buy stuff on Saturday, but I told him to just wait and save some money. They had a great selection still available. He bought all my favorite candy. Yum!

there were tons of candy at 50% of but we are trying to eat better so i walked by (drooling)

Got My DD9 2 pretty "spring" type sun dresses that were normally 18 each..
each for 7.00 ( one will be very princess pretty if she wants for the P&PP)
2 pair of skorts for 2.50 each
3 tops for 1.00 each - not overly Eastery type tops but a white one that has Princess written all sparkly on it and 2 others with flowers
a tshirt and shorts PJ set for 3.00

I love to get on clearance those tops that say Princess - we add appliques of Disney princesses and we have a cute "wear to Disney top"at a reasonable price.

I LOVE bargains!!

Also got the girls' clothes for $2.50. Can you explain to me how a shirt with Rhinestone letters spelling "princess" is considered "easter clearance" Also wanted to add that our Target had to ring in clearance by hand this morning. BUT by afternoon it was fixed.

I have no idea in the reasoning behind the Princess in Rhinestones shirt being an Easter Shirt -except it was on the After Easter sale rack. Just like we got one after Halloween on a purple shirt and a pink one with sparkles after St. Patty's day and a white Princess one with Sparkles after Christmas.
I just like that they are on sale- I never argue with a sale

It all has to do with the tag. I bought a princess "diamond" tee at Valentines day too. Did not look Valentiny, but the price tag had hearts on it. I also bought a flowered skort and a plaid one today that had the Easter tag on them. We are set for summer camp. LOL

Did Target have any of the Elmo head Easter Baskets left? I didn't get DS10months anything for Easter but thought if they still had those on clearance I would grab one for him to put toys in.
