We had TONS of stuff left. I was shopping for 3 specific things: non Eastery items for dd's secret pal (we still have three more events to go), some items for school and prizes I need for Tuesday, for some junior high students.
I found a cute picture frame with flowers ($1.24), knee socks with butterflies ($1), Lindt chocolates wrapped as mini flowers (.74), slippers that are white with flowers ($1.24), a jelly belly "purse" ($1.24??) and then a plastic flip flop shaped container, with jelly bellies ($1). Very happy with those bargains, and even happier, because when I took them home and showed dd, SHE LIKED THEM!!!!
I then found a bunch of "stuff" for prizes: petri dish with gummies, $1 handheld electronic games, and so on.
I also found what I wanted for school (I work with disabled preschoolers): playdough for .50, a smaller bubble holder $1.24 and somen John Deere mini vehicles $1.24. I do a cute activity every spring, where we plant grass in a long shallow plastic container, and then use it with vehicles.....the John Deere tractors will be SO fun!
I managed to walk away only spending about $5 or so on "extras" for my family: individually packaged mini oreos for .70 each (for school lunches), 2 pairs of socks for dd, and just a couple of other misc items (basically for school lunches)
