Target - Post your after Easter bargains here!

We had TONS of stuff left. I was shopping for 3 specific things: non Eastery items for dd's secret pal (we still have three more events to go), some items for school and prizes I need for Tuesday, for some junior high students.

I found a cute picture frame with flowers ($1.24), knee socks with butterflies ($1), Lindt chocolates wrapped as mini flowers (.74), slippers that are white with flowers ($1.24), a jelly belly "purse" ($1.24??) and then a plastic flip flop shaped container, with jelly bellies ($1). Very happy with those bargains, and even happier, because when I took them home and showed dd, SHE LIKED THEM!!!!

I then found a bunch of "stuff" for prizes: petri dish with gummies, $1 handheld electronic games, and so on.

I also found what I wanted for school (I work with disabled preschoolers): playdough for .50, a smaller bubble holder $1.24 and somen John Deere mini vehicles $1.24. I do a cute activity every spring, where we plant grass in a long shallow plastic container, and then use it with vehicles.....the John Deere tractors will be SO fun!

I managed to walk away only spending about $5 or so on "extras" for my family: individually packaged mini oreos for .70 each (for school lunches), 2 pairs of socks for dd, and just a couple of other misc items (basically for school lunches)

Well, we are at 75% off, but I was disappointed with the selection. Last year I was able to get candles, prefilled baskets with summer type toys in them, t-shirts and lots of bunnies. This year, I was only able to get two yo-yo's, two jars of Wilton cake topper candies, and two pre-filled baskets with a play ground ball and jump rope in them. They didn't have hardly any stuffed bunnies left and the ones that they did have were creepy, no candy at all, no gum, no t-shirts and no candles. Guess tomorrow I'll venture down to K-mart and see if they have anything left.

I went yesterday when everything was still 50% off and there were three aisles full of Easter things. The only things I bought were some egg shaped sidewalk chalk for $.50 and some egg shaped bath soap flakes (dd loves them) for $.99.

I'm going back tonight now that it's 75% off though! :)

Our Target was 75% Off today in Upstate/Central New York. I didn't really HAVE to have anything though so I resisted. LOL But my store still had lots of stuff except for candy. :confused3

I went to the target in fayetteville and there wasn't even any candy at 50% off. I plan to check it out tomorrow - it seemed like they had a ton of everything else, including all the baking supplies.

75% off today! I restrained myself, but bought a bunch of flowery plates--good for girls birthday parties or for generic school parties. Also found some Cinderella bubbles for $.74 and a no-spill bubble set for $1.24. Batteries were in the Dollar spot for $.50. I also got some girls shirts and a pair of skorts for $1.25 each.

Ours was 75% off here, found the large littlest pet shop easter pack for $3.24, the tube of 3 littlest pet shops for $1.24, the 30 piece Mr. Potato Head easter basket for $3.24, and the teeniest tiniest littlest pet shop playsets for $2.48! The teeniest was back in the toy clearance!
Also, My Little Pony's for $1.24 and moon sand for $.99.......all stuff that I wanted, but didn't "need" at full price.......but for $18 I am set!

at 75% off today I got the metal baseball, soccer, and basketball baskets... I can use them for napkins at the concession stands at the games!

I also got a transformer potato head for $2.24 not sure why he is easter

I got Spring Oreos for $1.25 per pack, picked up 3. Also got some candy, basket grass and plastic eggs all for 50% off. I also got a Disney princess tee for DD for $1.48!! So cute!

I price checked a bag of these this morning and they rang up regular price.

I mostly went looking for the Mr Potato Head basket I saw mentioned here, but no luck in that quest.

I spent about $25 on some candy, Easter socks for myself and goodies for the Easter baskets for next year. I found one terrific stuffed bear in a bunny suit. He had a couple of loose threads, but I think he's fine. I also found a couple of things that weren't specifically Easter for DS for Christmas.

The $1 stuff at the front of the store was 50% off and I found several Cars and sports items for Christmas.

I had two $10 gift cards from prescriptions, so I walked out with three full bags for under $5.

can someone tell me more about the Cinderella and no-spill bubbles that you found? Many thanks!

75% off here. I got Robin Egg bubble gum and Nestle Crunch eggs. YUMMY!

My Target still had tons of egg dye, baskets, and plastic eggs. They also had a lot of Transformer and Spiderman Potato Heads. I didn't buy any of that. I did get two packs of three big eggs with Dora and Diego themed Matchbox cars in them for $1.24 each! They may go in next year's basket or the potty prize basket! I also got some candy and a big basket with lots of Easter craft stuff that I'll save for next year. And egg dye for $0.24. Oh yeah, and a bag of snack bags of Teddy Grahams for cheap, too!

I was at the Target near work the other day and posted my 50% purchases. Last night I went to a Target in CT near home and they were down to 75%...not much left at all.

I got:

'Marble' egg dying kit .49
Wilton Easter candy basket kit 2.49
Wilton Easter 'Bunny Hutch' (gingerbread house) kit 2.49
Tonka truck treat holders .49
4 pack plastic wiffle balls .49
3 pack mini Bob Builder vehicles 1.24
Fancy egg decorating kit with glitter/ribbons/etc for nieces 1.49
2 back of jelly beans .49/bag...for potty rewards! LOL

I think that was it! Would have LOVED to have found the Dora/Diego eggs with the cars...ds would have loved those.

Mine also had tons of other candy and lots and lots of prefilled baskets, empty baskets, the Pirates of the Caribbean pirate chests, etc. We just sold our house so I had to be very careful what I bought...it all has to be stored at my friend's until after the move.

I got the Pirates treasure chest for $3.74 today... still tons & tons of candy at my Target, everything 75% off. None of the toys that you guys all found though! Once it goes down to 90% I'll stock up on candy for the office.

can someone tell me more about the Cinderella and no-spill bubbles that you found? Many thanks!

The Cinderella bubbles are in a blue, see-through container The top looks as if Cinderella is sitting on top of the container. The bubble wand has a sticker of Cinderella on the end. The container is about 5 oz.

The no spill bubbles are a mini no-spill bubble bucket--I've seen larger versions of this: it has a top on it that looks kind of like an upside down bucket with 3 bubble wands sticking out of 3 slots. It comes with a 4 ounce container of bubbles.

I got some of the princess shirts for our upcoming trip and the easter egg cupcake maker. :goodvibes

Box of 5 matchbox cars for $1.24 (1 for ds, 2 for gifts)
The big eggs w/ the Nickelodean cars in them - $1.24
Nerds ropes - .12 (my kids love these while standing in line at WDW!)
Soft baseball basket (storage for ds's sports room) - $1.53
Metal basketball/baseball pails (storage for ds's sports room)
T-shirts for the girls - $1 or $1.25
Sports-theme box w/ Nerf balls in it for ds - $3.xx
Chocolate sports balls - .24

Would have loved to find the LPS things - only got some little treat boxes for .49 cents.....

I passed on all the candy b/c we already have so much and dh is on a diet, I don't let the kids have it, and I sure don't need to be eat it all by myself!

Sorry it's not Target but CVS has their stuff at 90% off.
I bought those ready filled eggs for 55 cents. When the kids get bored I can give them that. One woman was buying pratically everything for those "rainy days".

I got 90% off on anything Easter yesterday (Saturday) at the Target in Wareham, MA. Had a blast rummaging through it all and got some things I can put aside for upcoming gifts. Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy !
