1) Can you use a $25 Target gift card to buy two $10 gift cards (with $5 remaining)?

2) Can you use your Red Card to get 5% off Target gift cards?

Question 1, pretty sure yes. I did it last year, and I now want to turn three $5 go into a $20 gc (by adding an additional $5).

Question 2, no. 5% only on the other gift cards, like Disney, iTunes, etc.

Yes on 1. I buy Target gift cards at Kroger and take them to Target to buy gift cards for my children's teachers and swim coaches in smaller amounts.
