Target GC Question

Can I use a Target GC to purchase other GC's (i.e Amex GC). If so, is there a limit on how much I can put on the Amex GC? I won a $500 Target GC and would like to get the Amex (or MasterCard) GC to purchase my plane fare to Calif.

I have used Target gc's to buy Disney gc's before, no problems. Not sure on the AMEX cards though, but it's worth a shot.

I have used target GC's to buy a Visa GC so I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use it to buy an Amex one... how much different can it be between a visa gc and an amex gc??
