I would take in your pre-order receipt and the Best Buy ad if there is on in your area (the Target ad if you don't have Best Buy). Tell them you pre-ordered the movie and ask if they can match the price. When they say no, ask for a refund of your pre-order. There is a way in their register to refund the pre-order. You will get a $5 refund.

When I returned my pre-orders it had no effect on the price I paid for the other movie I bought at the time (I did get to keep my $10 discount on it) so I ended up getting Lion King on Blu Ray Combo pack for $5.75 when all was said and done.
