Am I going to be able to find most everything Disney there? For example a Mickey Mouse wallet for a little boy?

Go to Target with the correct expectations...
The items they sell there are not the same ones they sell in the parks. You may be able to find a Mickey wallet, but it won't be the same one sold in the park. Depending on the kid, this might not make a difference.

I'm so glad we discovered the Target near DL. Bought a pack of water, saved us A LOT of money compared to going to 7-11 and a bunch of fruits and snacks.

Cab only cost $10 including tip one-way.

It was just the usual Target store. I didn't notice anything special or exclusive.

I remember the Walmart on Euclid(?) had a section of Disney related items (close, cups, etc) in the kids clothing section.

I noticed that the WalMart had a Disney display near the front of the store. It seemed like mostly party supplies and stationary. I think it's stuff that they sell in the store, they just collected it at the front of the store. Still convenient, if you're looking for stickers or a small something for a gift bag or something.

As PP said the Target is just a regular Target. And I honestly don't think I've ever seen a licensed character wallet at any Target. If having a wallet on the trip is important, I'd check Amazon and eBay or other online stores and buy it ahead of time.

We go to the little souvonior shop in the little strip mall on the conrner of Katella and S Harbor... its next to the Castle Inn. the strip mall is called Anahiem Resort Center.. there is a Subway .. pizza place etc. they have some really cool cheap stuff.. and no its not from Disneyland, but its all Disney themed stuff..

The hotel gift shops on Harbor had a lot of that kind of stuff. We got some cute stuff at the HoJos gift shop as well as the BWPPI's gift shop. Mostly small stuff like small stuffed animals, my daughter got a cute wallet, cheap lanyards, disney pens, etc.

Last year we visited that Target store before going into the parks and I thought they had quite a nice Disney section up front. We bought lanyards, autograph books and some pins. They also had t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc. I don't recall seeing wallets, but I wasn't looking for that at the time.

The ABC Liquor store and the 7/11 have a large collection of Disney stuff. The Target has your basic supply of Disney, same as you'd find at your local one.
