I ran a day early in my training program so I could run a Resolution Run yesterday. Now I only have a 3 and 2 miler left in my program before the half. Should I throw in one more run? It just doesn't seem like much...
I ran a 5K yesterday. Taking off today and Saturday. Planning on the 3 miler Sunday and then my 2 miler on Wednesday since we leave early Thursday morning. I can't run Monday, but I could do an extra run on Tuesday... Any thoughts?
