Is there a tapas Restaurant anywhere on the Disney properties, parks or resorts? And if so, do they participate on the DxDDP? I've been through most of the menus for more talked about restaurants, but can't find anything that appears to be traditional tapas.

Thanks :)

The Rix Lounge in the Coronado Springs resort offers a very limited tapas menu.

It is not covered on any Dining Plan, however.

It's more of a bar/lounge which happens to offer some tapas choices, rather than a restaurant that focuses on tapas service.

Bongos cuban restaurant in DTD serves tapas. They are not on the plan though, nor can you make ADRs through disney dining if i recall correctly

The closest thing to Tapas is Cafe Rix. Al the other places have starters or appetizers which are bigger servings than true Tapas.

That said, DH & I often eat Tapas style when in WDW. We'll order 3-4 appetizers to split instead of an entree. We like to eat that way in general. I don't know how you would do that on any of the dining plans tho.

Spoodles used to have Tapas. Kouzzina has a great appetizer menu for a Tapas syle meal. Our favorite place for that is BlueZoo, in the lounge. Great appetizers to choose from.

I was also going to suggest Kouzzina! (the sangria is good too:thumbsup2)

I thought I read something here a while ago about the tequila bar in Mexico serving some small plates. I don't remember any specifics, so hopefully someone who's been there can confirm.
