The last piece of my now defunct EBTA has been cancelled. Today, I checked TAPs coronavirus updates, and my flight home from Barcelona is cancelled. I have not gotten an email from TAP, and their webpage is almost unrecognizable from pre-coronavirus. How do I go about requesting a refund? It doesn't appear an option on the site. I've already got a ton of "credits" from all of the cancellations of this trip, and I'd prefer not to have another. Thanks.
