Tanque Verde What do you know?

Can you tell me everything you know about Tanque Verde?What can you do with three thirteen year olds and a 66 year old? How is the food plan? Anything?

A little while back Shontell Crawford posted a great trip report...I don't know how to post a link, but you should be able to search for it....Looking forward to trying this resort when the kids get older...

I can't answer about the guest ranch even though I lived a few miles from it, but I can tell you the best time to visit here. Right now as I write this, it is 75 degrees. All my kids are in shorts. Early spring and late fall are very nice here. In the spring you can enjoy the desert wildflowers. I would not venture during mid April until mid Sept due to the heat only because so many of the activities are outside. Hope you can find the thread with a search; it had good information about the guest ranch itself. Happy planning!
