My daughter, 3, has been obssessed about this movie since it came out. Today she found my hairbrush and started brushing my hair saying "It's glowing!" Then after a little while, she actually started singing the song! I love kids imaginations. She basically has all of the words to this movie memorized! :lovestruc

I just finally got the movie a week ago. It's really cute.

It amazes me how much a little one can remember, when they want to.

She sounds like me when "The Little Mermaid" came out. I only watched that movie and I knew all the words (still do). Drove my mother insane!

My 2 1/2 year old is obsessed as well. She constantly asks if I have "magic hair". The only problem is she is afraid of Mother Goethal. I have to fast forward through the beginning until Rapunzel is playing hide and seek with Pasqual.

My DS loves it as well and has watched it every night before bed since Easter! We ALL know all the words to every song now:headache:

so cute!!!! I love this movie. I keep wanting to watch it again but haven't done so yet. Can't wait til DD is old enough to watch it :goodvibes

The other day my 4 year old daughter used her hair to heal my mom's wound on her arm. She sang the song too!

I was driving to work this morning and changing channels on my XM radio; I stopped on the kid's music station to sing along with I've Got a Dream!; I didn't move it to the punk rock channel until the whole thing was over.

I'm malicious, mean and scary,
My sneer could curdle dairy,
And violence-wise, my hands are not the cleanest!
But despite my evil look
And my temper, and my hook,
I've always yearned to be a concert pianist!

:dance3:

I teach 2 year olds at a local preschool. Most of my kids have turned, or are soon turning, 3. A couple of weeks ago, one of my little cuties came into school with her bangs clipped up in front with little clips. Her mom said that they had watched the movie Tangled, and her daughter decided to cut her hair (in the movie, do they say if she cuts her hair, it will turn black? or brown?). Anyway, this little girl has beautiful, long curly hair...with a big chunk missing from the front.

 I think 2 year olds have been cutting their own hair ever since scissors were invented.

Same here. I remember sitting behind the couch with a pair of scissors a time or two. Occasionally my sister and I would cut each other's hair. Of course that never devastated me like the time I had a huge knot in my hair (I refused to brush my hair for like a week), my mom finally chopped the knot out, as that was the only thing left to do.

My 3-year-old nephew is obsessed with Tangled too. The downside is that he tried to whack one of his friends with a toy frying pan last week. :scared1:

It will turn brown. DD already has brown hair and so do I.

DD has already done this. At least for her she did it in an ok way and it doesn't get bad unless she hasn't taken a bath for a couple days (it sticks up)

Luckily we haven't had that happen yet. Earlier while watching the movie she walked away to play and I heard her yell, "This day is AWESOME!" or whatever it says. Too funny!

this is also my DD's fave movie, (she's 3) we watch it atleast 3x a week. She sings all the songs and dances to them. She also makes me pretend I have a boo boo on my hand or arm and will come sing the healing song to me. I admit I love the movie too and it's one of my new favorites, I downloaded the soundtrack off itunes and we listen to it....A LOT :)

Sorry for the friend, but
