Tanger 20% off coupons

Does anyone know when the Tanger 20% off coupons are coming out? I remember the last ones expired in November and, if they're on schedule, they should be coming out this month. I always get the email with a coupon because I'm in "Club Tanger" and I get one via regular mail also but, so far, nothing.

Anyone else?
