Tampa to Pt. Canaveral

One of my co-workers was booked to sail Regal on Thursday. In case you haven't heard they are out of business. Her travel agent was able to get her on an RCCL ship leaving from Pt. Canaveral but she is flying into Tampa.

Are there any travel companies that would transport her? Should she rent a car and drive or would she be better off trying to change her air ticket to a closer airport?

Probably renting a car would be the cheapest option. I'm sure some of the town car companies would take her, but I have no idea how much it would cost.

Even if she changes to a closer airport, she'll still have to get to the port. That doesn't seem like a good option, as she probably will still have to pay the $100 per ticket change fee, plus the difference if the ticket price is higher.
