Talking mouse at a French place??

I would not just book LEs Chefs for Remy, nor would I promise him to little kids..First he only appears at the times mentioned, he does not appear on Sundays at all.Second , it is not like a traditional character meal.He starts his rotation thru the dining room at the appointed times and does his little show.IF you are not in your seat or seated late( which is a Very real possibility there) and you miss him, you miss him.HE does not come back around ( though in some guest cases he MIGHT, but that is not the norm or a guarantee). He has also been known to not appear at all and with no prior notice.

I know I've said before that I was at Chefs once when Remy only made it halfway around before breaking down.

Yeah, that's pert of the reason why I said it's a better experience if you don't know about it at all going in.

I should mention at this point that CDF is worth going to Remy or no. The three-course lunch is beyond excellent and a very good deal, considering.

Agree about the lunch. The lobster bisque and profilitores are really good.
I should have ordered two bowls of the bisque.
