Talking Mickey?

Our family traveled to Magic Kingdom at Disney World last year and really enjoyed meeting the talking Mickey on Main Street. We are taking our first trip to DLR this June and are wondering does the Mickey in toontown at DLR, etc... also talk?

Mickey talks in the Mickey and the Magical Map live show at the Fantasyland Theater. As for meet and greets, nope.
