Talking about gigs ... I just booked Meatloaf

Hi all,

After reading all the bands that people have seen live I said to DH that my list wasn't that long and that I was going to try and see more live music.

Well I signed up to the Newcastle Metro arena website, for them to email when tickets are going to go on Sale.

This afternoon I got an email saying Meatloaf (Bat out of hell III ) Is playing in Newcastle Sunday May 20th and that tickets go on general sale on Friday, but because I was a member I could get tickets from today. All I had to do was ring the number on areana website and then say it was for meatloaf.

Well I got block B row c so im dead chuffed, I know what album Im going to be buying at the weekend.

We saw meatloaf years ago (1994 - the year before DD was born!) at sheffiedl and he was very good, I enjoyed it even though it was DH that was the fan.

Would have loved to see scissor sisters on their tour at the moment but they'd sold out everywhere when I looked!

I've bought tickets for Meat Loaf too!!!!!

He is playing in the Odyssey in Belfast on 31 May. It's me and my brother going, as DH is not too keen on him.

Having only recently seen Def Leppard in Orlando, which by the way was fantastic, as always, another concert is just what I need, so I now can't wait to see Meat Loaf!!!!!!!
