Our seasonal passes were up so we just bit the bullet and went for the premium.

What exactly is the ESPN place we will have access to?

If you have to ask, it's unlikely that you'll have much reason to go there.

It's (principally) a sports complex used mainly for competitions for youth sports and cheerleader groups.

It also hosts some Spring Training events and workshops.

HERE is what Disney says about it.

They are supposed to open a large bowling alley there.

It seems like it was a forgotten plan but they have mentioned it again recently even after announcing Splittsville at DTD.

Too true!

However, my DH is really into sports so I figured I better find out. So is there nothing there except for when the cheer leaders come to town? :cheer2:

Is there anything there worth looking at?

Click on the link I gave in my first post.
It lists the events and dates.

Unless you like looking at playing fields and arenas, there's
not much of general interest to see much of the time.

Here ya go...

This might save you a "looking at it" trip. ;)

Well that sucks :( Thought there might be something for the hubby.

Oh well, saves me from having to go LOL

Do the passes let you watch whatever is going on?

That can depend entirely on which event is happening.

Generally speaking if the event requires no special admission ticket sold through other vendors you can gain access with your premium pass.

There is some memorabilia in cases in the HP field house that can be viewed.

Opening ceremonies for aau and softball as well as the special Olympics and pop Warner are fun to watch.

You cannot watch spring training games with your passes however the Braves minor players do practice there pretty much year round and sometimes you can catch them playing or batting

The bowling alley has definitely not been forgotten about.
