Left/Right/Middle...

Larry Elder is at the top of my list right now as my favorite.

I can't STAND Randi Rhodes.

Well, I don't listen too much, but I like Glen Beck and Drudge.

I am a very good Republican, but I burned myself out with politics. At one point I was a precinct chairman, a member of our county committee and was in charge of our county GOP newsletter. Now, I cannot stomach politics. Therefore, I do not listen to anyone on the radio. I used to listen to Rush, but I simply cannot do it anymore. I still vote *gasp* straight Republican though. Actually, I listen to a sports station. I LOVE FOOTBALL!

Rush, Sean, Drudge and Howie Carr.

I love the Satellite Sisters. When I don't listen to them for a few days I really start to miss them!

I LOVE Glenn Beck! He is very funny, but also makes a lot of sense.

My favorite would have to be my dear step-brother Colin Cowherd on ESPN. Heck, if I said someone else he might find out ;)

favorite is Laura Ingrahm, I cant stand that lady on air america, Stephanie Miller, she trys to be funny and isnt at all/ and of course like Limbaugh and Haninty

Interesting. I saw the thread title and came in here to post that Stephanie Miller is far and away my favorite because she and her crew are hilarious while being dead-on accurate. Different strokes.....

For what it's worth, she's not part of the Air America network. She's syndicated nationally, just like Ed Schultz.

Does that mean you do? If so, that explains a few things...

Umm. Not what I meant. Was I that obtuse? Okay, the long version.

Wow, John doesn't like Randi! Hmmm. Seems like a given to me. I'll post a fainting smilie as a joke to insinuate I am shocked by this news. No other hidden meaning. Got it now?

I'll even answer your question even though you ducked mine on the Pope thread. I generally dislike all radio personalities. I'll listen if the topic interests me. I can take Randi or leave her. She can get a bit shrill at times as they all do. Puts me off.

I rarely listen to talk radio, I prefer to listen to music when I'm in the car.

Rush - ugh! The rest of them, right and left, don't do anything for me either.

I like to listen to Beck, and will listen to O'Reilly if he is on. I like his style I guess, but to each his own. And actually it probably has little to do with his political leanings, but to me, he seems to have a very commanding air about him. But once again, to each his own.

Did Air America fold? Seems like I read something about them having financial problems. Not that it was my favorite, but I recall listening to Miller and Schultz on Air America back when they were on the air around me.

AS for my favorites... if I listen to talk radio it's mostly sports. I enjoy Jim Rome and a regional show "Primetime with Packman" hosted by Billy Packer's son Mark. Political talk? Rush is OK; Ingraham is a straight shooter.

Dennis Prager, Laura Ingraham, Glenn Beck, and heaven help me, Michael Savage. Savage has his rants, and goes waaaayyyyy over the edge, but I love his stories, and even when I don't agree with him, I find him really entertaining. I like him because he's not PC and that is really refreshing in this world of walking on egg shells.
