Talk about odd associations!

last night, I heard what sounded like a wolf baying at the moon, and the next thing I knew, I was transported right back to the balcony of my room at the Poly a few years ago, where I sat entranced by the sound of the howling wolf coming from the Haunted Mansion (I have to tell you... the first few times I heard it, I couldn't figure out what it was, where it was coming from!).

What sounds can immediately take you back to some place in Disney?

Not a sound, but Stephen and I were walking at the zoo or the mall or somewhere, and he smelled something, and said it took him right back the MK. I don't know what he smelled, but he was amazed how it took him back immediately.

Whenever I smell honey - I think of Pooh Corner at DTD....I just love that smell and everytime I catch a whiff I think of being surrounded by Pooh and Disney magic!

Not a sound but a scent. I hadnt worn a certain lotion for a long time. When I put it on one day I found that the smell reminded me of something. It took me a few minutes to remember Disney World, the last time I had used it. When DH got home from work that night he said I smelled like vacation. We hadnt even talked about it.
