And On With the Show!!!!
Our story continues with......
After this phone call....who can sleep???
Remember, I work nights....and occasionally "sleep" days.
I manage ABOUT 3 hours daily--
NOT TODAY-
So, I begin attempting to figure out HOW to manage the next couple weeks, with no days off to get Disney packing done, House packing done, Grocery Shopping done, etc......
OH!! I almost forgot-
When the Company, that I am the Director of, has patients---I not only run the sleep studies all night (2 patients per tech+2 techs per night= 4 studies per night) remember this math, as it will make more sense in about 2 seconds----------
I have to score/read each of these studies for the Doctor- to be done by each Friday morning-
It takes me 1-2 hours to run through each study-which must be done during the day, AFTER the study is finished. (yes, yes, more math)
---------
Okay, so- next week, we have 6 nights of patients-
4 studies per night x 6 nights= 24 studies
24 studies to be read x 1-2 hours per study
There ARE 36 hours in a day, right???? Cause I'm gonna NEED them, in order to #1- Work 13 hours per night/ #2-Sleep / #3- poss 8 hours to score the previous nights studies/ #4- still get a house packed, shopping for Disney and packing for Disney........get BACK to work the next evening to start all over again.......and remain SANE!!!! ya, my math sux too--but it kept you reading, didn't it?
Feeling sorry for me yet?
SO, thinking about all of this, yesterday morning----I decided I NEEDED to go get some errands done!!
Specifically-
LIME GREEN MICKEY HEAD PAINT CHIPS--
you see the insanity beginning to peak don't ya?
Okay.....I MUST MUST MUST stop for now--time to leave work, and begin my next to last, semi-normal day, before all of the madness you see above begins-
I SHOULD know this answer, but, do you think that you can get EXTRA sleep ahead of time, store it up, so you don't need so much later???
ABSOLUTELY NOT.....but I'm dang sure gonna try!!!
Will continue the saga tonight!
Time for fast sleep!!!

You have made me exhausted just reading about all you have to do.I just thought I was stressed.
birthday. Well, all of her kids are my "unofficials" but he's the baby.
must have helped!!! Not that I was worried before....we've been through 2 Hurricaines while at Disney before....the SAFEST place to be, trust me!! Generators that keep the electricity running in each resort! When we left to go home after One of the 2004 Hurricaines, Orlando was INSANE, but other than some down trees and a few crumpled signs......Disney had already cleared MOST of it. Here's SOME of the Damage that we saw the morning after we woke up from Charlie, I think?
It's called laziness though lol.
