Taking my 3rd solo trip this year

Hi all-

I'm leaving on my 3rd solo trip of this year in 9 days! My first trip was in March, second was at the end of June. I just booked my trip last night at only 10 days out. And bought an annual pass today since I know i'll be back in the next 13 months

I leave on December 19... Is anything new in Disney? Rivers of Light at AK open yet? New shows? New characters? I really would like to meet Chip and Mrs. Potts from beauty and the beast, do they do meet and greets at Epcot? What time do the large group of characters come out at WS?

No Rivers of Light yet. Press is saying 2017, but they have been doing cast member previews. So, we don't know when. Check out the holiday stuff, including food booths, at Epcot. The MK castle project show and Jingle Bell Jingle Bam in DHS are new. Not sure about characters; I don't do them much. However, I don't think Chip and Mrs Potts meet. Epcot has the Inside Out characters and Baymax. I don't know if the Mickey and any of the fab 5 are still meeting in Epcot at the Character Spot. I think they still do. The WDW website schedule should say who meets there. By "large group of characters in WS", are you referring to the character training? If so, I don't know. However, Kenny the Pirate's site has the best and most up-to-date character info.
