I usually eat in the cafeteria, but I'm afraid I'll gain back all the weight I lost this summer. I need ideas for easy lunches. Things I can make the night before would be great!

Thanks for any input!

My DD sometimes brings Caesar Salad to work for her lunch. She mixes up the lettuce and dressing in the morning and puts it in an airtight container, but keeps the croutons separate to add in just before she eats it.

DH grills his food the night before. So, he takes steak or salmon or chicken into work for the next day.

Tuna Fish
Crackers and Cheese
Do you have a microwave? how about a meal like Lean Cuisine.

We like to make sandwiches the night before. I also like the idea of grilling stuff the night before, or making your own salads.

Sometimes my BF makes his own tacos at lunch. It's pretty cheap and really easy. He makes the meat and stuff the night before and brings it, reheats it in the microwave and then adds it to a taco shell. He loves them. I'm not really a taco fan.

If you haven't been, check out the WISH board. There are a million ideas over there, and lots of nice people. And there are people doing about every different style of eating, so I'm sure you'll find things you'll enjoy.

Me and my hubby take leftovers. We just put them in a container and nuke em at work. I have done the ceasar salad thing too, it works really well.

I brought tacos today. It was a little fussy, but it tasted good. Brought a container of meat (already cooked), container of tomatoes, shells, sour cream, cheese, you get the idea. Warm up the meat and assemble.

How about different types of wraps, noodles, fried rice, soup and crackers...

Cereal, buy a milk there.
Fat Free Hot Dogs and veggies.
Frozen Light Meals.
Salads.
Leftovers.

Limitless possibilities. You can stay healthy! :)

Sandwich, Minute Maid Light Lemonade, and two pieces of fruit (usually a banana and something else - orange, canteloup, apple, strawberries, raspberries).
