Where do you mean? The official picnic area is by the main car park.

After the bag check the benches around the fountain where the Mickey flower is I swear I saw signs there saying it was a picnic area?

Ive often seen people having picnics in the Fantasia Gardens area which is after bag check but this isnt the official picnic area. Is this where you mean Lilacgems?

Yeah I swear I saw a sign saying picnic area

Its such a lovely place for a picnic unlike a car park

I had a look today and indeed there are signs

So technically there's nothing stopping you eating in the gardens as it's not inside the park
