Taking a young 8 year old

You are going to have a blast with your 8 year old. We have taken our Grandson who is 8 the last two years and have had a great time. It had been years since we had taken anyone that young by ourselves. I must say it was 2 of the best trips we have ever had to WDW. We just returned last week from an 8 day stay at The Poly villas. We would hit the parks first thing in the morning and then head back to the resort early afternoon so he could go swimming. We took most of our cues from him. It was so fun to go on all the coasters since he is big enough now. If your son loves Star Wars he will love Hollywood studios. Have fun.
