We are trying so hard to get in...even calling at 90 days I couldn't get it for my whole week! :sad1:
I am looking for a Party of 4 for dinner at Ohana on May 11th, 13th, 16th or 17th...between 5pm and 7:30pm.
Anyone cancelling??

Thanks!

I was unable to get it for my week either (16th - 23rd). Sounds like a lot of people have had the same issue.

If you can't get it I would suggest calling every day when you are down there, that's worked for me in the past and is what I'll be doing this time around it looks like.

We've been trying all week to get a reservation there. We are also going to try calling everyday while down there & also for Le Cellier. Have you checked the cancel thread for ADRs?

I saw this thread and I feel your pain!! I had been trying for the past 8 weeks twice a day to get into 'Ohanas for dinner. I"m not sure if you noticed my earlier thread about getting into 'Ohana without an ADR. I was there last week with a party of 11 and we had a dinner ressie at Kona for 5:20. We got there around 5:15 or so and I quickly walked up to the 'Ohana check in and asked if they would be taking any walkins. I was told not a problem and we were seated within 5 minutes. There was a lady right in front of me though with a party of 4 without an ADR and she was told that it would be about an hour to an hour and a half wait. I'm not sure if it was because we were a larger group that we got in so quickly but I had also been calling everyday from the resort and was always told it was booked solid. I don't know if this always happens or if I was lucky but I thought I would give it a try since we were already at the Poly for our Kona reservation. Good luck to everyone, I hope you all can get in!

We just got home on Monday from 12 days in the World. We (meaning my inlaws who couldn't make a decision :rolleyes1 ) didn't make several PS's that I would have liked. OF COURSE while we are there, everyone wants to eat where they are booked up when I call DINE. One of the monorail drivers advised us to "just show up, they'll seat you... for the most part". So we tried. It worked for our party of 13 (two tables) at 50's Prime Time and we were able to seat 13 instead of our party of 8 at 'Ohana right at7pm. The only place we tried that couldn't seat us was Sci Fi at lunch time. I'm only guessing but maybe they are holding some open seats for walk-ups after all the issues with people on the dining plan not being able to get in anywhere? In any case, if you are able to just stop by 'Ohana at the time you'd like to eat, I'd suggest trying. You can always get a Dole whip at Captain Cook's if you can't get dinner

One of the issues at 'Ohana is that it has a lot of large tables. Our family of 4 has been seated at a table for 6 every time we have eaten there (despite having a ressie for 4). Last week, another couple joined us (party of 6) and we were sat at a table for 8. I once tried to get a table for 4 at a reasonable time (6-ish) and the only availability was at 9:30. So the CM proceeds to say to me "Let's make you a party of 6, and see what happens" Bingo- we had our choice of times. He told me to say that Grandma and Grandpa couldn't make it and that we were now a party of 4, not 6. I didn't feel comfortable with that so we didn't book it, but I really think that is why so many party of 4's can't get a ressie at 'Ohana. :confused3
