Taking a Break from the Parks One Evening - WWYD?

I know this isn't about the Universal parks per se, but I really want the opinion of my new Universal lovin' friends, so I hope this can remain here.

We'll be spending 4 days at the parks, but I'm sure one afternoon we will break from the heat and go off site. My daughter wants to go somewhere INDOORS for a bit, and she loves video games and things of that nature. So which of these options would you choose for a 12 year old girl -

Dave and Busters
Wonder Works
Disney Quest (we have some old plus passes we could use for this)

We have nothing even remotely close to any of these places at home - just a lame Chuck E Cheese. I know she'd enjoy any of them, just not sure which to go with. I asked on another forum and no one replied, so I'm hoping some of you helpful folks might chime in with an opinion!

Since you already have the passes, go with Disney Quest. Also you can enjoy DD while you are there. Why spend the extra money for the other places? I've been to Disney Quest and we had a blast!

Another DQ vote, especially since it's paid for already. ..you could enjoy a DTD meal too!

I would do DisneyQuest and have dinner somewhere at DTD. Hitting either Rainforest or Trex is always a must do for us.

Makes sense to me!

Disney Quest it is! We have 5 plus passes left, and while I was trying to not use any of the Disney passes/tickets without my husband and son, I guess we still have plenty left if we use this one. We went once in 2007, but Syd was only 6 and all she remembers is the big interactive pirate ship game. So I think she'll enjoy the "play all you want" aspect of it. And we'd planned to visit DTD during our trip anyway.

I see Dave and Busters has a $10 for an hour of play special so we may hit that up as well. Nice thing about that is there's a time limit, so we won't get stuck there all evening.

What's Splitsville? I don't think that was there last time we were at DTD.

Splitville is the new Dining/Food/entertainment complex in DTD in the old Virgin Megastore location.

Splitsville looked really fun when I walked by. Its a bowling alley, but they have high end food. The menu looks amazing!! Does your daughter get motion sickness very easily? If you've done Disney Quest, a lot of the activities are virtual reality based. I'm usually pretty good on any ride, but I did the roller coaster simulator one too many times followed with the Aladdin VR game and had to take a long break cause I was super queasy. But thhey do have a lot of free arcade games to play. I spent a lot of time playing pinball there.

Another few ideas for things to do, things we have done and loved was go see Cirque Du Soleil at DTD or Blue Man Group near Universal. Both shows are great and you can get discount tickets to either show for about $50 per person.

Thanks to everyone for the great ideas. I was going to pre-purchase the dinner/mini golf passes through Universal's site - they seem like a great deal - then we played mini golf today at a laser tag place, and it became evident to me my daughter pretty much hates mini golf. I think it's a result of going on 3 or so cruises a year in which the kids have 24/7 access to mini golf - it just doesn't thrill them, even if the theming is excellent. So we may skip that and do Blue Man Group one night. I'm also looking at the science center - although anything with the name of a school subject in it may send her running in the other direction, lol!
