That's the famous "Cog" commercial. The quicktime version is close to 12Mb in size. There are all sorts of articles on the internet about how this commercial took 606 takes to get right. It is NOT computer generated. Everything in the commercial (save for one frame) is real. Apparently they had to knit two parts of the commercial together, so there is one single frame that is "morphed" together.
