Take the snow, PLEASE!

Oyyyy! We are trapped in and I'm beginning to get cabin fever. We're nearly out of iced tea, this is devastating!!

Seriously, there's at least 2 feet of snow on my back porch. There is a nearly 3 foot pile of snow in my driveway trapping us in. AND ITS STILL SNOWING HARD! We've been out of school since Wednesday, and had a half day on Tuesday when we shouldn't have gone in at all.

Please please please take some snow!! I'll post some pictures later.

UGH I know! My mom actually called me out of school...and that is a BIG DEAL! I'd have to have a serious serious illness to let me miss school. I actually kind of wanted to go to school but I don't feel confident driving on these roads. They're probably horrible. I HATE snow! I can't wait to see the green grass and trees. And WARMTH!

We are having the most pathetic Canadian winter ever! I think this is the most we have and we probably have like 4cm max! They were forcasting this big storm today and i was so excited!! but it stopped snowing at like 8, and now it's just a bit windy! I want snow! I wanna be snowed in! (oooh pun on my last name ) I wanna have a snow day waaaaaaah.

I know I'm crazy but I just really want a big huge pile of snow, and all this winter it's been snow about 2-3 cm one day, then get warm the rest of the week and it melts, then we get 2-3 cm more, then it melts, etc etc.

Is it really snowing THAT much?! Holy cow! I don't think I've ever heard of a ban on commercial vehicles on the road!
The year I moved from Quebec they had this ice storm where people got snowed into their houses for a WEEK, and the power would sporadically go off and on. They literally couldn't open their doors because they were iced shut!

Now THAT would be hell on earth! My family had luckily just moved to Ontario so we missed that, but the rest of my extended family lived through it!

But I still want some snow! Its kind of snowing a little bit, I hope that means people won't be coming into my work tonight!

I am no scientists, but it has been a rather cold winter this year. I mean it snowed in Florida (pretty central too) twice. I think extra cold winters/extra hot summers do indicate global warming. Just saying

We've had a four day weekend and a three day weekend because of snow. All in the same month. And two saturday schools): That's not normal for NC! And now the wind is blowing like crazy and I'm freezing. I just want my hot hot summer now

I really wouldn't mind having that much snow for one day.. but for a few days? No thanks, lol. It would be so weird if it snowed in Southern California, though. A few weeks ago, we got hail for 5 minutes, it was the strangest thing ever! That never happens where I live in California, lolz. It was cool, though.

The weather sure has been really weird lately, anybody else agree?

We were supposed to get 1-2 inches last night...we got at least 8 (I think it looks more like a foot). It stopped now, though. We've had seven snow days this year (usually get around 3-4). I wish we were literally snowed in, but roads are clear.

I said it before, & although I was not sure before global warming can cause an increase in snow. I have been researching it a little, and an increase in the earth's temperature will cause an increase in precipitation. Global warming at the moment is not "warm" enough to cause it not to snow, just to increase precipitation. Yes eventually it will not be cold enough for snow, but not for many years. Just because there is a lot of snow & storms does not mean global warming is not in effect, it actually supports the theory.

Bleh, it's been so cold in Florida this year! Moist and freezing usually around 40-50 but sometimes in the 30s and high 20s! We don't even get to see any snow =[
