Take out pizza at Via Napoli?

I am wondering if there's a walk up window with outdoor seating for pizza? I have all my dinner ADR's done already and just wondering if pizza is an option here for lunch without ADR?

There is a pizza take out window but they do not serve the pizza which is served at the Via Napoli restaurant. What the take out window serves is very poor quality pizza. If you want pizza from Via Napoli, you need to make an ADR for the restaurant.

It's so misleading! The pizza at Via Napoli is wonderful -- the best on Disney property by a wide margin, as far as I'm concerned. That takeout window is a cruel trick.

No, not for the restaurant. If your party is small, you may be able to get a same day ADR that fits in your plans.

The window IS a lie, but we've been able to get a walk up seating at Via Napoli once. Granted it was at an "off time" (8pm). But we figured it couldn't hurt to ask and we were seated in 4 minutes...way faster than any of the places we actually had ADR's for.

You know what is so weird? The twin restaurant to Via Napoli attached Disneyland (Naples) in Downtown Disney has a quick serve location next door called Napolini. They sell the SAME pizza there, either by the slice ($5.50/slice) or by the whole pie ($33). You can get it to go in a full sized pizza box. They make, essentially, 3 large pies at all times: Margherita, Pepperoni, and Deluxe (pepperoni, sausage, onions, peppers, mushrooms, olives). Why can't they do this at Via Napoli? It is the exact same pizza that they serve at the sit down restaurant, which is the same as Via Napoli. I'm sure they would make more money by doing this, and I guarantee the sit down would still be full (the one at Disneyland is packed every day with hour+ waits on weekends).

In case anyone is looking for a somewhat alternative, we really enjoy the Boardwalk pizza window. Not the same as Via Napoli either (and isn't pretending to be) but we think it's very good. And it's close to Epcot.

Off topic, but one of my favorite stories at Disney involves Via napoli. I had an ADR and it was coming up quickly so we were rushing from Mission Mars to Italy, and when I got there there was a line which I thought was the check in line. I was like why is it so long. Then a CM came by and someone asked about the chances of getting a table. When the CM finished talking to her I asked her where we go if we already had a reservation, and she directed me inside. The evil stare I felt from all the people in line was sooooo strong lol. On top of that, I was able to go from a party of 4 to 6 and we were seated immediately.

You have prevent a family of 5. I was so happy when they opened the window thinking we could skip another ADR. Glad I read this thread

We had the boardwalk pizza last time. Their special pizza with spinach and mushrooms is very good. We brought back a pepperoni pizza for the kids and it was definitely frozen.
