I love pictures and I want to capture every moment but will I look like a total geek taking my camera to dinner? If I don't take it and I miss a perfect photo oportunity I'll be mad.

Maybe my dress and camera will match nicely and I'll be making a fashion statement.

You will not be the only one with your camera at dinner. Take and don't worry about it! Above all, have fun.

Some of our best photos were from the dinners. The servers have some nice tricks up their sleeves for some great photos!

I took my camera to dinner with me every night, got some really memorable photos that way!!! I also took it with me to the character breakfast, heck I had my camera with almost all the time!!!

We took our camera everywhere we went...hence the fact that we had over 400 pictures to develop when we got home!

You wont be a geek....you'll be glad you brought it!

There is safety in numbers...!!!

I don't go ANYWHERE without my camera!!! Dinner especially....

We have lots of photos of us at dinner... and of our waiter...!!!

I always say, "You can throw away the shots you don't like, but you can't go back and grab the ones you missed..."

If someone makes a face at you for bringing your camera...take their picture!!! LOL!!!

You will definately not be the only one brining your camera to dinner. In fact you'll be one of the smart ones. You just never know what surprises you might get!

You will be completely normal! We take pics of our servers, people we get to know, our kids, etc.

I even took it to Palos last time. The special dessert was so amazing, I just had to have a picture of it!

Besides, when you dress for dinner, you get great pics of your family all spiffed up.

Oh no...take your camera to dinner.

On our western cruise..we had great tablemates..we took pictures of each other, the group, group with servers, etc.

I don't go anywhere on the cruise without my camera and Navigator. On our 2nd DCL cruise 3 years ago, my DH was teasing me about taking my camera to breakfast. After leaving the restaurant, we headed to the 9th deck to walk around and we ran into Captain Henry by the adult pool. My husband loved being able to talk to the Captain one-on-one. This was a great photo opportunity. He hasn't teased me since then.

Thanks alot! I'm glad to know I'm not alone. In fact it sounds like I might look out of place if I didn't have my camera!

I leave from NC on Sat. I can't wait.

We bring our cameras everywhere. My sister, Cathie, has gotten some memorable pictures. She drives the family nuts because she wants pictures of everything but we always thank her later because of the shots she gets. Our dinner pictures were priceless. Have fun!

Just 4 hrs of video and 650 digital photos for us on our back to back cruise last year! No one dare visit us now, for fear of having to sit and view them all!

Take camera EVERYWHERE. I got into a lift one day - and it was just me and MICKEY!!! Hence, a lovely shot of him in the elevator. And YES, I AM 50yrs old! Guess we never grow up! Nat:Pinkbounc

We always take a photo at the dinner table every evening. You can't take too many pictures!

Have a great cruise!

We looked like Japanese tourists on our last cruise. We always had our camera with us. If we hadn't had it the night we ate at Tritons we would have missed our very memorable proposal pics.

I took my camera everywhere. You never know when Mickey or his friends would show up around the corner. The ships photographers do take a lot of pictures but they won't be everywhere.

Unless your camera is big and clumsy I say take it everywhere. If it is big and clumsy, but a disposable camera for those time when you don't want to carry the big one.

Have a great time and say CHHHHEEESSSEEEE:D

We have great pictures of our tablemates, our servers, etc. from dinner. Heck, one night the 50's/60's Night CMs came into the dining room to promote the activities later that evening and one of them grabbed me for a jitterbug. DH caught it on film.

You'd be in the minority if you DIDN'T bring your camera to dinner.

I bet any waiter can get a great picture of your table. They have done it so many times that they know just where to shoot so everyone is in the picture.

Take that camera and capture those memories:teeth:
