I heard good and bad about this parade. Except for the delay for technical reasons I enjoyed it.

I thought it was my computer.....can someone who knows why this is happening explain in to me in laymens terms.....this is something that happens to me every now and then and I have just been assuming it was my computer. You guys make it sound like it is the website...if that is the case I will make a mental note of it and return to whatever website I have been on for a look later on instead of grumbling to myself and forgetting about it!!
