From what I have read, the Tahiti building sounds like a very nice location, being close to the TTC and the beach. Is it very inconvenient to walk to the main building from here? Or is everything fairly close. Rapa Nui is also close to the TTC. Is this building equally nice to stay in? Thank you.

We just got back from Tahiti lagoon view. We were in room 1036 - 2 rooms away from the end of the building closest to TTC. We thought Tahiti was great. We were unbelievably close to TTC - about 3 minutes if that. I honestly didn't find the walk to the GCH too bad - the Poly is so beautiful that we enjoyed just walking around. Probably though for our next trip, we'd request Tahiti, but possibly on the other end of the building. Tahiti is a really long building. Rapa Nui is very nice too - we've stayed there twice before. Both seem to offer great garden views. The beach by Tahiti is great!

Hi: Just wondering if you were bothered in the evenings by those pesky biting no seeums bugs at the poly. Apparenty they are all over florida. Also could you swim after 7 p.m., when we were there last 6 years ago in sept. the pools were off bounds cause of the mosquitoe scare. Thanks,

Deb

THis past September, the pool was open until 10 pm. We were also in WDW during the mosquito scare a few years ago. I think that was an unusual occurence-- pools and golf courses shut down after sunset due to the meningitis carrying mosquitoes.

The walk form tahiti to the gch is the nicest 5 min walk you will ever take.

Have stayed in Tahiti every time Highly recommend
