The stupid mini-pro team beat us. But our boys had them running scared for a while. Daniel had a couple good hits at bat, an RBI and the second baseman tripped him when he was running to third so he got thrown out. Stupid second baseman.

It was actually a way better game than the one the other night. They held this team down most of the game. Lots of good plays and pitching by our kids. I'm proud of them.

We play at 3:00 tomorrow. Lovely. Right in the middle of naptime for the Ella bug. Too early to get in a nap before, it'll be too late to have a nap when we get back. Should be a fun afternoon.

He WAS supposed to come to our lake house for the fourth, but he decided to stay in bed....he stayed up all night watching tv He just thought that it was my mom and dad, my maw-maw, and her friends, he didn't know that EVERYONE was gonna be there!!! Mrs. Sharon said maybe another time!!

And if CJ knew YOU, his betrothed, would be there, being tired is not a good reason for staying in bed, if you ask my humble opinion.

I was on a 7-night cruise(Princess, not Disney ) to St. Thomas, St. Martin and the Bahamas to celebrate/mourn turning 39 again ...... and had a blast (see above post)

I know you'll have a great time on YOUR next trip and can't wait to hear all about it......and my, aren't you the popular one with so many friends to travel with! You go girl!

I went with the ribs.....Memphis Dry rub....yummmmmy
TiggersPal had the fish...NOT fried!

THEN.......I ended up having dinner at PixieMagic's...more ribs...BBQ'd this time, avacado stuffed with shrimp/crab salad, baby field greens with artichokes and strawberries and sugar free cheesecake! ALL 100% ON PROGRAM, ALL LOW CARB!

It's a pretty good day.....I'm looking forward to tomorrow

Just to fill you in [COLOR=FF0033]cadburysmom[/COLOR] I've been busy at the theatre again. My friends school were doing the school version of Les Miserables (basically the same as the west end version but with a few verses cut out of the songs!) The show finished yesterday and the kids were amazing. I was playing trumpet in the orchestra.

Oh well after a busy week I need to go shop as we have no food in the house!!

And I forgot kadaten! How could I do that!? She's been very busy preparing for a big-to-do for her DH. She was also seen sporting a new blonde hairdo and a shiny blue outfit with a little cap....

I'm sure I've forgotten more. I actually haven't been around that much over the last week.

Morning TAGLIKANS!!!

Off in a rush this morning....sorry....no color.

Haven't been by in a while.....house full of company all week and LOTS to do! We've survived and now we're off to the beach for a whole week

18 fam-damily members going altogether, so it should be a blast If all goes well, I'll come home with another destination picked by the group and can start planning for next year

I'd hope for of course, but they're not as mouse-crazy as I am, so it may be another couple of years before they join me on one of those adventures again. Oh well....

SO, haven't read since about page 55......so....

Thanks for the welcome home and I'm so glad the musical went well! Did you say you were working on Sound of Music next and that you were one of the nuns.....it's special to me bacause my mom used to tease me by singing "How Do They Save A Problem Like Mariah" My mom was such a dork but my brothers got a hoot out of it
